Allow 5 to 10 working days for shipping. Before we ship out paintings, we carefully inspect them before and after they are packaged and these inspections are logged.
Give us at least 2 to 3 days to process orders before shipping, even though in many cases it is quicker it can’t always be counted on.
Shipping (Damages): We try to ensure that your purchase is packed sufficiently enough to withstand shipping hazards.Unfortunately what happens to a package once it has left our hands is out of our control.Please check all packages for damage upon delivery and contact us within three days with any problems so we can start the claims process.We will work with you to replace your item or give your store credit even in the case of one-of-a-kind items. Shipping and handling cost cannot be refunded. Store credits and replacements may not be processed until damage claims have been filed and completed.
Note: In some instances signature may be waived, however we cannot be responsible for packages that are not delivered or stolen.

Making a purchase based on an online image? We know that can be tricky. The photo colors online may not match exactly like the product you receive in the mail. The end product might be lighter, darker, more vibrant, duller, slight different color. And in fact, the lighting from a window or lamp or flashlight or computer screen can alter your perception of the color. If any of this matters to you, please understand that we do our absolute best to match the product to the photo. We want you to be happy with your product just the way it is. So if you agree to accept our best foot forward, then please continue with your purchase.
